This was not for me.  Pinched.  Bought Shu Uemura instead.  It's the only one that the MAs at Sephora recommend, even their own brand.

I have two 15 pan palettes but the 4 pan palettes are great for travel (can you imagine losing 30 shadows from your luggage? ouch!)

Pros: great for travelling
Cons: none

I have been using the MAC full lash curler for about 3 weeks
The pros:
1) The curler fits nicely around the lash line and curls right at the base.
2) Doesn't pinch your cheek as the Shiseido one sometimes does.
3) the pad and frame of the eyelash curler are stronger and more sturdy than any other eyelash curler I've tried ( including shiseido and shu uemura). This is good since the pad lasts longer and it is quite difficult to contort the curlers frame out of shape

The Cons
1) It is more espensive than many other curlers, as MAC products usually are.
2) The curl does not last long. To get a lasting effect, that is still not very long, you have to press extra hard and curl your lashes several times.

I am pretty much obsessed with eyelash curlers and have tried many different brands. My top three, in order, are 1) Shu Uemura 2)Shiseido 3) MAC

All in all, the MAC curler works well when used in cunjunction with either the Shu uemura or the Shiseido. You can use the MAC curler first, to get a curl that starts riiiight at the base of the lash line (MAC curler does this very well). Then, follow it up w. another curler to get the all-day lasting effect.

Description:
- Black
- Vinyl w/ white stitching
- The left zippered pouch has a mesh window on one side
- The right zippered pouch is a solid vinyl
- The middle portion is where the brushes go and there's 18 compartments for brushes (9 on top and 9 on bottom).  But you can double up on some of them so you can actually put more than 18 brushes.  It also has a dust cover.

Likes:
- Keeps all my brushes dust free.
- Holds a lot of brushes.
- It folds so you can easily store them.
- You can put non-bulky items in the zippered pouches i.e. lipglasses and pencils.
- It looks sleek and trendy.
- Very easy to clean (just wipe and let it dry).

Dislikes:
- It's very expensive ($55 CAD).
- The zippered pouches are limited to non-bulky items.
- If you do fill the pouches, it can get bulky and you can't close the clutch properly (it still closes, but not all the way).

These are great for saving space, but they terrify me because you could lose 15 eyeshadows in one little accident.

As with the other pans, this is convenient and handy. I consider this to be more of a storage device. The only time I carry around a 15 paleete is if I'm going on vacation and want to bringa bunch of eyeshadow selections. And even in that case, I'm still just using the palette and a consolidated storage method.

Why oh why do these not come with mirrors in them?

I wouldn't buy this again because I don't need to. I filled up my 6 pan and I'm done with MAC blushes. I won't need another 6 pan unless MAC comes out with another big blush collection. And even if they do, I might still keep them in their pots.

This palette is handy, but I always complain that it doesn't have a mirror on the inside. I just think a mirror would make the product infinitely more handy.

A quick tip, when using this palette, cover the other blushes your aren't using with post it notes. It will keep the brush from picking up other colors, mixxing in colors that shouldn't be together, and dirtying the other pans that aren't in use with stray pigment.

These are cheap and handy. I keep two empty ones on hand so that I can creat my own mini palette each day of the shadows I wear from the big 15 palettes (So that I can tote the with me.) I keep the second empty palette so that I can add eyeshadows that I want to wear that evening if I have plans to go out after work.

While these are handy, I will continue to complain that these do not have mirrors. Wah wah wah... I just think a mirror would make the whole palette more convenient.

Huh... Unlike the previous review, I found these to look very natural. But, I have super long eye lashes so the length suited me perfectly.

I think this set really makes it look like your lashes are natually lush. The hairs are evenly grouped and spread out far enough that you don't get the over the top porno lashes.

An added bonus is that you can use the container for Back to MAC

I didn't really like these lashes.  They didn't look natural and were way too long.  They gave the appearance of being false lashes and I like false lashes that look more natural.

I like this brush cleaner.  I can not compare to anything else, because this is the only brush cleaner I have ever used.  But it gets the job done.  I just squirt a little on to a towel or paper napkin and wipe my brushed across them and it gets the makeup off, and dries fairly quickly.

I own 2 full 15 pan palettes and 3 full 4 pans (and i am getting another 4 pan this comming week)
I should get another 15 pan but for right now the 4 pan will be fine in a couple weeks i'll get another 15 pan.
Milani shadows fit in these pans, so do Urban decay.
Buying MAC refill shadows is the way to go since they are cheaper and then you don't have to depot yourself. But unfortunately LE shades only come in the pots.
they are lightweight and easy to tote, easy to move shadows around (in case you want to mix and match for a weekend away)
I love having my shadows in ONE area instead of having to dig them out one at a time.

Another great tool everyone with makeup should have... especially if you use MAC blushes! This is similar to the Pro Palettes for eyeshadows in design & size... only difference is that inside is 6 larger spaces for blush.  This is great to keep your blushes all together in one spot. The case is light, easy to take with you, it's slim, sleek and stackable.  You can organize your makeup anyway that you would like, and it's very easy to just pop out the colors and replace with a different one! The palettes are magnetized, so your pans won't fall out when being moved or tilted. Great for downsizing the clutter on your vanity or for taking your makeup with you for a quick touch up during the day. I have a few of the eyeshadow palettes, and it won't be long until this one is filled up too!   :)  Love these!

These palettes are AWESOME! About 2 months ago (give or take) I just bought my first MAC product... and now - here I am with 3 palettes! 2 already completely filled, and working on the third!  ;) They hold 15 eyeshadow pans each.  These are great magnetic cases to hold all of your eyeshadow pans and to help keep things together and more organized. I love how you can organize all your colors together, or put them wherever you want. The case is also very slim, sleek and stackable, and much easier to tote around that all those tiny pots! Check out the thread how to depot e/s... because all the ones that come in pots can be put into these as well as the refill pans. (plus... 6 empties for a free lipstick is always a good incentive to depot!) I love my palettes, they make my mornings so much easier! LOL  If you buy refill pans, not only are they a few dollars cheaper, but they are also already magnetized and labled, and ready to just drop right in the palette! If I depot, the glue on the back of the pans is enough to hold them in without having to stick on a magnet. Then just take off the labels (or make your own w/ little round stickers like I did!)  and you're set!  Now you know what you have, and where it all is! I love these!!!! Two thumbs up!!
Plus... (almost forgot!) they also fit other brands besides MAC (Urban Decay, I believe and perhaps Stila?)  And is also available in a 4-pan quad palette.
